Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of voxdra.com and the digital marketing services provided by Voxdra ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Voxdra provides digital marketing services, including paid advertising (Meta, Google, Microsoft), search engine optimisation (SEO), social media management, content creation and email marketing — exclusively to beauty clinics, aesthetic practices and med-spas.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information, assets, approvals and feedback necessary for us to deliver the services. Delays in client feedback may affect timelines and results.

3. Fees and payment

Specific fees, scope and payment schedule are agreed in writing in the signed proposal or service agreement. Advertising spend on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Microsoft) is billed by those platforms directly to the client and is separate from our management fee.

4. Third-party platforms

Voxdra is not responsible for changes to the policies, algorithms, pricing, availability or account status of third-party platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Microsoft Advertising). We will use reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by giving 30 days' written notice by email. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxdra's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, rankings or revenue.

8. Governing law

The governing law and dispute-resolution forum for each engagement are set out in the individual client agreement signed before work begins. Where no such agreement is in place, the law of the client's country of establishment applies. This page is general information, not legal advice.
