Should You Show Treatment Prices on Your Clinic Website?
"We don't post prices because every treatment is custom." Every clinic owner has said it. Every client hates it.
What clients actually do when prices are hidden
- They assume you're expensive (and out of their budget).
- They open three other clinic tabs that *do* show pricing.
- They never call. The "call for a quote" friction is too high.
In our audits, switching from hidden to "from €X" pricing increases booking form submissions by 30–80% within 30 days.
How to show prices without losing flexibility
You don't have to publish a fixed menu. Use the "from" anchor:
- "Lip filler — from €280"
- "Botox (3 areas) — from €350"
- "HydraFacial — from €120"
This sets the floor, qualifies cheap-shoppers out, and removes the #1 objection without locking you into a price.
Where to put pricing on the page
- Treatment landing pages: above the fold, next to the book button.
- Homepage: a "popular treatments from" strip.
- Google Business Profile: the Services section (Google rewards completeness).
- Meta and Google ad copy: include "from €X" for higher-quality clicks.
The objection you'll hear
"But my premium clients don't care about price." Correct — and they'll still book at your "from €X" anchor. The clients who *do* care are the ones bouncing right now without telling you.
