Google Ads for Beauty Clinics: Capturing 'Botox Near Me' Searches

By Luka Kopaliani·4 May 2026·7 min read

Someone typing "lip filler near me" at 9pm on a Tuesday is the highest-intent customer you will ever meet. Google Ads is how you make sure they see you first — but most clinic accounts are leaking budget on clicks that never convert.

What a good clinic Google Ads account looks like

    • One campaign per treatment. Botox, lip filler, laser hair removal, microneedling — each with its own budget, ad copy and landing page.
    • Tightly grouped keywords. Exact and phrase match only. Broad match destroys clinic budgets.
    • Negative keyword lists built around "training", "course", "DIY", "kit", "cheap" and competitor brand names you don't want to pay for.
    • Location targeting capped to the realistic catchment area (usually 15–25km).

Ad copy that gets clicks from buyers, not browsers

The headlines that win for clinics are specific and reassuring:

    • "Lip Filler in Manchester — Booked This Week"
    • "Botox from €X · Certified Injector · Free Consult"
    • Avoid vague claims like "best in the city" — Google's policies and your audience both punish them.

Landing pages that convert paid clicks

A €2 click is wasted if the landing page asks the visitor to think. The page should have:

    • The treatment name in the H1 with the city.
    • "From €X" pricing visible above the fold.
    • Real before/after images and at least 3 written reviews.
    • One CTA — book a consultation — with an embedded calendar.

    Tracking what matters

Set up conversion tracking on the booking confirmation, not the form submission. Better to count 12 real bookings than 80 form fills, half of them spam.
